By using ATS Resume Checker, you agree to these terms. The product is provided as a free, early-stage tool. If you do not agree, do not upload a resume or use the service.

What the tool does

The checker extracts keywords from a job description (using a third-party AI API) and compares them to text parsed from your resume to produce a match score and keyword lists. It is a helpful proxy for common ATS ranking patterns — not a guarantee of how any specific employer system (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.) will treat your application.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload resumes and job text you have the right to process.
• Do not upload other people's personal data without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or overload the service.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is." Scores and keyword lists may be incomplete or imperfect. We do not promise that using this tool will get you interviews, offers, or a particular ATS ranking.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of ATS Resume Checker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including employment outcomes.
